So I found the clue and I'm pretty sure I know what it's about, but I can't seem to find the answer. I've tried every word I can find about it. Help, please.

Photocopied the barcode, scanned it and then hace tried every combination of the number dates and the word i can think of, do i need to find an actual name od the word that has been discovered.? Mog
I need help! I've found the name from the qr code and after that the name from wikipedia and tried all possible solutions with the numbers. All of that was incorrect. So I don't know how to solve this level anymore. Thanks
Take a screenshot (usually by pressing home+power or moving your hand over the screen from left to right) and then share the image with google goggles.
Ps.: I still didn't get the answer. I don't understand what the numbers mean.
