in the lite version I heard clicking as I turned and now on this one its not there. Is there a problem with my phone or am I on the wrong path :( a little help please?

i think i've got the right code, and when i click the handle it turns and points downward, but the door won't open. i've even tried swiping to the side thinking i have to open the door. what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help!

Could you tell me which version you're using? Full or Light ? Meanwhile, take a look a each part of the picture. You'll see some "wire" on the left. What's his purpose ?
I'm in the same situation. I'm using the "accessory," but can't hear anything when turning the tumbler. I do hear sound when trying the latch. I'm on a Nook Tablet.
Okay, so I paid for this app and can't get past this level. The only suggestions I keep getting us to use the headphones. I am! There is no sound when turning the dial at all! There are several people here having the same issue.

Is there any plan to fix the issue for those of us playing a version that produces no sound when turning the dial? I haven't been able to go any further in this game since February.
The game says my phone doesn't have the correct features for this level and skips me to the next level. I have a lg g2x. As far as I know, my phone does not skimp on any features, why is it doing this?

I turn anti clockwise to 60 tap, clockwise to 30 tap and the handle moves down, anticlockwise to 10 tap, the handle goes back in place...what am I doing wrong?
